The TDW Integrated Product Support Magazine
Thank you for supporting the TDW magazine, below is the latest information with regards to submission of your artwork/article.
It is important to note that the magazine is distributed both in print and electronic (interactive) form. Therefore these guidelines must be followed to ensure we maximise your exposure.
Advert specifications
All adverts must be supplied in high resolution (CMYK), with 3mm bleed and no bleed/crop marks.
Delivery of your content
It may be delivered either via a file sharing service like Dropbox. If the file size is small enough, you may email it to us at Tech Data World. For those who would like to use the TDW filesharing folders, please contact us for details.
Interactive adverts
If you wish to include an interactive advert for the electronic magazine, you must supply a layered advert. This ensures we are able to build your advert piece by piece when creating the magazine. If you are unsure of how this should be created, please contact us for guidance.
You must include with your submission all of the following information:
- Links to external resources
- Copies of video files
- Font information
- Panton/Hex colour coding requirements
File format accepted for your advert:
- Standard print – high-res PDF
- Interactive (layered) – Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Articles
May be delivered to TDW in either Word or Indesign format. All illustrations MUST be of a high resolution.
Copyright & trademarks
You warrant that the use of the content is yours and you have the right to use said content. You authorise Technical Documentation World Limited the rights to republish and use the content as required.
2021 - Dates
Publish dates for the 2021 issues of the TDW magazine, your submission must be with us at least seven days prior to publishing:
- Q1 – 31st March
- Q2 – 30th June
- Q3 – 30th September
- Q4 – 31st December
